Videocàpsules. A television program that features the product, gastronomy, and the region, with excellent treatment. The common thread that makes them unique, special, and inimitable is the Origin. Linked to the territory, it is the beginning that allows the development of the product and gastronomy. To host the program and explain how excellence starts at the origin and ends at our table, we need an excellent chef: Pep Nogué.
Structure
The program consists of 18 episodes, each about 2 minutes and a half in duration, totaling almost 45 minutes of content in total. These episodes are independent of each other (they can be viewed alternately, in a different order, separately...). The total broadcasting period is 1 year, distributed into 4.5 episodes per season. This way, we can also explore seasonal products at their optimal production time.
Script
The episode begins with a quick flash summary of what we'll encounter, plus the opening credits. Then, we'll enjoy a minute and a half in the kitchen with Pep Nogué. Right after that, half a minute to travel to the origin of the product and see how it's been achieved (images with music), and finally, the closure with Pep's farewell and the closing credits.
