Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

FRAME GIRONA SL You are the data controller for the USER's personal data, and you inform them that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purposes do we process your personal data and why do we do it?

According to the form from which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data for?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or while legal prescriptions dictate their custody, and when they are no longer necessary for this reason, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure that the data is anonymised or completely destroyed.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No personal data will be communicated to third parties, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the Data Controller has formalised the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights the USER has are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by means of the corresponding boxes and the introduction of data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*), in the contact forms or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request, by the provider, and that therefore the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the optimal provision of a service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

That, in accordance with current data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated adequate information to them so that they can exercise them.
