Un fen\u00f3meno que, a trav\u00e9s y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una primera mirada distendida y simp\u00e1tica, revela una nueva manera de entender, establecer y mantener la relaci\u00f3n entre empresas y clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">La <em>competencia por la notoriedad<\/em> en el entorno digital ha convertido a las campa\u00f1as publicitarias basadas en<strong> estrategias de video<\/strong>, en una de las herramientas m\u00e1s importantes y usadas actualmente. Una tendencia que durante el 2017 ir\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s al alza tal como proyectan desde <strong>Statista<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4><em>\u201cLas campa\u00f1as publicitarias basadas en estrategias de video ser\u00e1n una tendencia al alza este 2017 para aumentar la notoriedad en el entorno digital.\u201d<\/em><\/h4>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La naturaleza <em>participativa<\/em>, <em>espont\u00e1nea<\/em> y <em>l\u00fadica<\/em> de este espacio de relaci\u00f3n -las <strong>redes sociales<\/strong>\u2013 ha revolucionado los <em>paradigmas de la comunicaci\u00f3n<\/em>. Para las empresas, este <em>nuevo modelo<\/em> representa la entrada a un <em>espacio de comunicaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil<\/em> que permite generar\u00a0<em>feedback<\/em>, con el objetivo de entender y hablar con su entorno.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dejemos atr\u00e1s la <em>comunicaci\u00f3n unidireccional<\/em> -que muchas veces es percibida como intrusiva- para adoptar la <em>bidireccionalidad<\/em>, una forma de di\u00e1logo en consenso entre todas las partes. Esta din\u00e1mica reformulada establece una <em>relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s personal<\/em>, alejada de las formalidades y con un trato mucho <em>m\u00e1s cercano<\/em> y <em>resolutivo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SukNyrMh0Iw&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de un <em>proceso de personificaci\u00f3n de la empresa<\/em>, en el que la <strong>marca<\/strong> se convierte en <em>un<\/em> <em>miembro activo m\u00e1s de una comunidad<\/em>: el entorno m\u00e1s directo. Significa, en otras palabras, adquirir una <em>voz importante<\/em> y <em>reconocida<\/em> entre todos aquellos que hacen posible o son usuarios de la actividad de la empresa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4><em>\u201cSe trata de un proceso de personificaci\u00f3n de la empresa, en el que la <strong>marca<\/strong> se convierte en un miembro activo e importante de una comunidad.\u201d<\/em><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Las marcas han encontrado en el formado video para redes, un <em>potencial medi\u00e1tico<\/em> mucho m\u00e1s muy dirigido -y por tanto efectivo- al <em>entorno deseado<\/em> y que a la vez es capaz de llegar a <em>muchas m\u00e1s personas<\/em> -precisamente por la complicidad de aquellos que forman su entorno-. Se trata de <em>la viralidad de los contenidos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teniendo en cuenta que en la red <em>la marca es el calidoscopio de contenidos de la empresa<\/em>, hay que tener muy presente todo el <em>proceso de producci\u00f3n de los contenidos<\/em>. El <em>potencial viral<\/em> de estos, depende en gran medida del planteamiento y desarrollo <em>a cargo del profesional<\/em> -o equipo de <strong>community manager<\/strong>\u2013 que cuida de su gesti\u00f3n y la\u00a0<strong>Social Media Optimization (SMO)<\/strong>-.<\/p>\n<h4><em>\u201cLas marcas han encontrado en el formato video para redes, un potencial medi\u00e1tico mucho m\u00e1s bien dirigido -y por tanto efectivo- para llegar al entorno deseado.\u201d<\/em><\/h4>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed pues, el que la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa<\/strong> encuentra en los <strong>medios sociales<\/strong> y a trav\u00e9s del video es la capacidad de hacer extensiva una identidad a un gran n\u00famero de personas y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, hacerlo de una manera m\u00e1s natural y agradable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sea lo de cualquier futbolista, el de la serie <strong>Merl\u00edn<\/strong> de <strong>TV3<\/strong> o el que han grabado tus primos durante la comida de San Esteve, esta <strong>Navidad<\/strong> \u00bfquien no ha dejado entrar un <strong>Mannequin Challenge<\/strong> en su
