It has generated an avalanche of\u00a0<em>new vocabulary<\/em>\u00a0who has become the protagonist at the time\u00a0<em>to approach us<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>connect<\/em>\u00a0with customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These are concepts such as\u00a0<strong>e-commerce<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>SEM<\/strong>\u00a0(Search Engine Marketing),\u00a0<strong>SEO<\/strong>\u00a0(Search Engine Optimization) or\u00a0<strong>SMO<\/strong>\u00a0(Social Media Optimization): they are\u00a0<em>technological improvements<\/em>\u00a0which, far from complicating the company&#039;s day-to-day operations, have become\u00a0<em>essential resources<\/em>\u00a0to understand, manage and ultimately make money\u00a0<em>the business environment<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The new ones\u00a0<strong>marketing strategies<\/strong>\u00a0they should not scare us: we must understand the digital space as a\u00a0<em>fundamental element of the business<\/em>\u00a0and not as an isolated aspect.
